Bad customer service

I ordered the incorrect size and within 2 minutes had emailed about correcting the mistake. I never heard back and now weeks later the shoes are on their way to me. In the wrong size. Now I will have to go through the process of returning the shoes I splurged on because no one from the team responded to my original email or the 2nd one I sent 2 weeks later. It would have been such an easy fix.

Don’t EVER try to return anything!!!!

Hi, i am trying to return some shoes . I did receive an email from Alana but the CLICK HERE didn’t work. I have sent 5 emails and a message via instagram for help. PLEASE SEND ME A RETURN LABEL!!

Still no refund and emails ignore

I returned these on the 6th January. No refund and have contacted them twice with proof of postage and have had radio silence.

Not Received yet !

Sadly I’m unable to review Ma Cherie loafers ordered on 5th January as I’ve not received them yet ! After several emails I received a message from D&D on the 18th Jan advising of communication problems but nothing since - would just like to receive the loafers & hope they fit, as the return process sounds painful. D & Dexter should provide a phone number.
