Hi not up to it

The loafers are too tight on me. I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 and the size 10 was too tight and too narrow; It was painful and hurt my feet a lot. I want the ladies shoes to fit more comfortably and these shoes were very uncomfortable. I tried the mens shoes and they were way too large. I would like these loafers to have more space in the toes area instead of being so narrow and constricted. Also, was very difficult to make a return as my emails were not answered. Very nice quality shoes, otherwise. Thank you.

I think there was a mix up between changing delivery companies, so the shipment was delayed. The shoes were ok, not what I was expecting. Shoes came off white, slightly yellow-ish. I was expecting a pristine pair of white shoes like I saw on Instagram.
