I'm pretty satisfied with the shoes though a bit too expensive from the tax charge by DHL delivery.

It was disappointing that the dust cloths does not come with the shoe... I was expecting more from Duke+Dexter.

There are loose burnt end threads around the inner lining of the shoe which have repeatedly cut my feet when wearing them –even with socks. I had to bring them to a cobbler to get them fixed. Quite poor craftsmanship for a supposed handmade pair.

I received my shoes promptly from D+D but unfortunately had to return them. It’s been a week since I sent them back and I haven’t received any further communication confirming receipt / next steps or my money back yet, despite enquiring to customer service

I purchased a pair of loafers,having previously been delighted with earlier purchases. Unfortunately, they were far too narrow, despite ordering a size larger and the design did not allow for stretching. Furthermore, I had to pay to return to you & Some 10 days later,Icannot trace my refund. All in all, great design & quality when they fit but poor customer service
