Unfortunately the shoes are a bit smaller than expected. I love wearing them but they're a bit uncomfortable which clearly limits my ability to enjoy them.

I really like the customer service but the shoes are a very narrow fit! If they could make each size wider, they would have a winning product. Perhaps an option when buying, to have a wider fit.

My purchase was smooth. but the size recommended was too tight. Will still buy Duke + Dexter.
