Bought some penny loafers, a beautiful shoe, just didn’t fit properly and were a little uncomfortable. Sent them back for a refund the very next day. Had an email to say they had been received, and that’s it! Still waiting for my refund and haven’t heard anything since 🤷🏻‍♂️ not great, especially as they cost £270

I would love to see D+D release a collection accommodating for wide feet individuals as the built of the loafers can sometimes cause a lot of problem for the feet.

The sizing is hard, please do half sizes

These were a present for someone, but the shoes’ instep is very low, and she was unable to get her feet into them. Had to return them, unfortunately.
