The sizing is hard, please do half sizes

These were a present for someone, but the shoes’ instep is very low, and she was unable to get her feet into them. Had to return them, unfortunately.

The design is ok, looks much brighter in pictures as is not that contrasted (the colour do not look so bright on the actual shoe it’s actually quite pastel). Gave 3 stars for the design, quality, transaction and delivery time. good job went size up as the leather shoe by default needs to be slightly bigger so recommend going size up regardless description saying true to size. Overall it’s fine as it is English made but if it was imported it wouldn’t be worth £260.

I really like the brand and the shoes I bought, but I didn't like my purchase experience at all. It's indicated everywhere on the website that shipping is free of charge for purchases over €190. Yet, after bought my €200 shoes, I was informed of extra charges (of €80!!) that I still had to pay at the delivery of my order. I honestly feel scammed by this, because when I was considering these shoes, I chose for D+D instead of a competitor brand because they were also more interesting price-wise. Except, I didn't know about these extra fees (due to Brexit). So, if you are a EU citizen, I would recommend to either go buy D+D products in a store, or to go for an European brand instead to avoid these unpleasant surprises.
