I bought this brand because I really liked the style and the fact that it was made in England. Upon seeing the shoes I knew they were made well with great quality leather. One thing I do not like is the soles that come with it. They were too thick and inflexible. I bought some thinner ones on Amazon and they are now my favourite shoes.

Unfortunately the shoes are a bit smaller than expected. I love wearing them but they're a bit uncomfortable which clearly limits my ability to enjoy them.

I really like the customer service but the shoes are a very narrow fit! If they could make each size wider, they would have a winning product. Perhaps an option when buying, to have a wider fit.
