Love the shoes- but they are small to size- I bought the 39 and the heel is painful- you need a bigger size for the mule style - I am a typical 39 across all brands

Quality is good. Had to return due to size11 uk but the 11 came out to small. Took a longer time to return than I would have expected. Maybe due to Xmas and New Year. Hence 4 not 5 stars

I had planned on ordering custom shoes for my husband, but after no response to three requests I went ahead and purchased the battle loafers. They are nice but not quite what I had originally hoped to get when I saw the custom design option.
