Service is ok

Although premiums haven't risen, the coverage isn't as good as I had hoped. Thinking maybe I should just put the money aside each month instead.

I have your PPO Gold policy and I am an individual, so apparently I am not able to get the Preferred policy, You do pay for my dentist, but I have to pay more out of pocket than I should since it is not an option for me to get a policy that covers the preferred network.
