When I called to talk to an agent, I felt like I was just being given the run around--they did not have all the info (regarding payments). I understand that you may not have my answers or info in front of you, but tell me you would get back to me and then get back to me. In the past when I have called, always got great service. Paid on line Did not receive a statement and would like one

I was disappointed that it covers only a small amount of money each year for services. This year I am paying over $2,000 to cover needed work.

From my perspective the costs for various dental services has gone up significantly over time. We can apparently not upgrade to any other service that offer a lower payment per visit.

Doesn't pay enough to the Dentist

Doing good but would like to see better coverage on necessary crowns. Website needs some improvements. The site seems to have lost the section for viewing the diagram showing teeth work was done on. Also, would like to be able to see and print a history of the services performed, billed and paid for.
