I appreciate that there aren't issues with submission of Bill's, though I wish other procedures were covered.

Appreicate the EOB via email.. It allows me to review billing with my dentist office! Satisfied with Delta--my only wish it would cover a bit more for endotonist, etc.

I want to start by saying that when I initially got this plan for myself & my husband Zo thought it was great, & planned to renew for several years. But after my husband had to go back twice for refitting of His new dentures & had to pay for the refitting I was not happy but thought zi would renew & did. The 2nd refitting the dentist did for free Which was very considerate of him. Now, in just over a year, the bottom plate has a crack in It & the dentist office Here in TX as we moved, said that you would not pay to repair/replace it so the cost to us is $1200. I realize that It is not economically feasible for you to replace dentures every year, but since this is a new issue with the same dentures it seems that your insurance should cover at least a portion of this cost. (Say $400 of the $1200). I basically do not feel the cost is justified for me to renew the insurance Again though I will continue to considerate it.
