Delta Dental of Illinois

I like the plan because it is in my control and not an employer.

I rated Delta better this time around because Delta started paying something on my dental bills. I only visit the dentist twice a year and Delta was not paying hardly anything on my bill at all. I was considering to move on to another dental insurance company. This last visit to my dentist, Delta did pay an amount on my bill and this is what changed my mind.

Service is good. Premium is good and fair. As always, wish more is paid but your benefits are fair as well. Satisfied.

Claims resolved quickly. I don’t like that I had to wait 6 mos for some services. I get it but I had had dental with my company. Lost my job and about a week after I got Delta Dental I broke a crown and it wasn’t covered. That was disappointing. I got over it and have been happy with service since.
