So far the only problems I have had were because of the doctor and her office, not because of my insurance.
However, you are more than difficult to contact when there is a problem. Trying to contact you about a fraud was one step below impossible. I had to take a round about way to get in touch with you. I am in Illinois, but the only place i could find was your office in California to reach you and report the fraud. The "local" person I spoke to on the phone when i tried to report it didn't not care and said there was nothing that could be done about BOTH you and I being charged $2,000.00 for a procedure that was never done. You paid them, I paid some and eventually I was able to reach someone that did care in your office. After several months your, and my, money was returned. But getting someone in your office to care enough to even question the amount was really hard work on my part. Maybe you don't care if you and I are ripped off, but I DO CARE.
