Directions are hard to understand for elderly people. I’m waiting for one of my daughters to come and help me, but it would be nice if they were written in such a way that was more helpful.

Chains Inadequate for weight. Clasps IMPOSSIBLE to Open & Close. Have RA in hands. Esp bad cause have take off, put on daily. Asked track me & lost me soon as left apt area. Tech support is a joke. Can't just call. Setup. They go over & miss sch. Call. Been mths now. My pts redeemed, but lost, not know where. Sent wrong item (pk list had correct item) & I was unable return in time frame. I am disabled, Can't drive, cldnt get it to PO.

Found the set/up fatiguing. Got tired and never finished.

Confusing.

The order took longer than I wanted and I thought it was a scam but when I emailed and followed up they customer response was very fast and reassuring but overall it was a little anxiety since it didn't say my order was on back order but glad it was cleared and after 2 month I got my gift so I can deliver on time.
