NO STARS, Although your customer
NO STARS,
Although your customer service employees have been very helpful in the past with setting up my account and activating the service properly.
Unfortunately, my fall yesterday did not go well at all. It was the first time I've fallen and been hurt enough to need help.
In the fall I hit my head on a metal frame to a piece of furniture and resulted in a gash and a rather large
knot on my head.
I was not knocked out and have been wearing my necklace non stop for this exact situation. When I saw there was blood and I'd need to get help,I pressed the button twice and then waited for one or all of my contacts to come help me. No one came.
I finally was able to sit up and grab my phone from my desk. I pressed the button twice on my key chain which is attached to my phone,
and rather than wait I then called my husband. He had not received any message for either time. I found out later my other two people on my contact list, my two sons, never received a text or call either.
But because I fell in a position to be able to get to my phone, my husband and one son were able to come and help me up off the floor and assess the gash, and clean me up.
I purposely tried the alert buttons on both my necklace and key chain but none of my three contacts were alerted. I tried it in test mode. It gave me the option to respond it was a test. I did not respond so I assumed again they would get a text for help. . . nope, although I did get a message that my invisawear app was on and functioning?
What good is it to try out your company? We purchased two items & I'm paying my monthly $15.
The next time I fall it could be much worse. I'm soon to turn 70 in November and have a variety of health issues I deal with that make it likely I could hurt myself badly if I fell. What is the problem with your system exactly? How can I or my family put our trust in your company if it doesn't do what you claim?
