I would like to return my pendent. I have had one for over a year, the battery died & you sent me a new one. I have decided I am not fond of it. It has not been connected with ADT so how do I return it for a credit on my card ? Judith Carey

On 7/28 I was told that my order had been shipped and given a tracking number. Ten days later I am told that what I ordered is not in stock. If it wasn't in stock, why was I told it was shipped? I still want a new 32-inch gold chain!!
