The mask itself is good quality; the customer service was not. I made a mistake and was charged for shipping when it could have been avoided. ( it was a lot...over $16). I called and asked whether this could be adjusted and the woman said she'd check and call back. She never did and the full shipping charge was included. Very disappointed...it wasn't as though they hadn't offered free shipping in the first place and I just messed it up in the order.

I have six cloths now from FLS. My first cloth had a spot that looks like someone colored it in with a marker. They refused to do anything about it.

Our order was delayed and at first, I was receiving responses but I have not received any replies to several emails I have sent since. A follow up would be great. Thank you.
