My friend suggested supporting you but the expensive mask is not comfortable or useful...fortunately I ordered som elsewhere

The order I picked up on 4/13 was incorrect. I ordered a fish mask and got a camo mask. The other 4 masks were correct. I called the lady when I got home and she said she would get back to me. Never heard back. I had to open the plastic wrap to determine which masks were included . Thank you. Bill Welter

1st order color sections were wrong, called to inform them of their error. They immediately sent out replacements, only to still have 1 color wrong.

The lady I dealt with was super nice, but the flags I received will not work for my event. I ordered the 2 mini desk flags with base and both flags were printed facing the right...on the website one faced the left and one faced the right. That is the way ALL flags are placed in a base. I am out my money and am unable to use these flags. I called and was told that is the way they print them. This is not the way you fly flags on a base...one faces left and one faces right. This is common sense.
