My first order #88889 still unresolved for 3 weeks I'm out 200. 00 and my son is heartbroken over this. No 800# no manager has called rikka was going to help with re placement longboard but this hasn't happened.

Your customer service sucks. I’ve tried several times to contact you about why I received an email saying my order shipped. Yet it still hadn’t shipped but finally did almost a week later. Still never heard from you as a company.

I ordered the Gecko Green wheels to match a color combo with my skateboard, then waited for over a month for them to tell me “sorry they’re out of stock, the website wasn’t updated. ” They weren’t sure if they’d ever be instock again so they asked me to choose another color. Wish i went with a different brand. Paid $60+ to settle on these

Shark wheel gave me my board late with everything else missing or wrong and haven’t responded after emailing and contacting for over 2 weeks.
