Not what I expected. I was ready to support this company and the ingenuity behind the wheels. Wheels, however, are impressive in design but not durable as they are made of little substance. Body of luggage is, at most, flimsy.

Customer service is lacking I have left multiple emails trying to figure out what happened to my package and no one has gotten back to me

Took forever to get ahold of them and didn't receive my item I ordered

ask how i liked it before i get it ... sounds strange
