The product is awesome! But the incessant emails offering discounts threatens to diminish the perceived quality. The customer service and shipping is horrible I can only assume keeping up with demand. I only ordered two shirts and they didn’t communicate with me until I reached out. Then seemingly very reachable and accommodating to make it right only to fail to actually ship the product until I reached out a second time.

I totally understand that this are different and hard times right now, but I placed my order over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. When you reach out to the customer service you get vague answers after receiving standard texts for the millions time. I was hoping for them to reach out to me to explain themselves, not the other way around. For the last week I only hear “Probably by the end of the week” and that’s about it. I expected more after I payed a lot for a costume made suit. Shame

Suits look really great. The sizes wer about 1 size off for both my son and myself. The Jackets though... amazing

The problem is the shipment but the product is excellent

Rinse a bit long..very heavy material
