Disappointed

I don’t even know where to begin. But I will start with the fact that it took more than it says on the website to produce the items that I have ordered. After numerous emails back and forth asking if the order will be delivered in time they assured me that it will and then to be sure that it does they asked me to pay additional $60 for expedited shipping. Honestly after spending over a thousand dollars they could have shipped it with the expedited service complimentary but having faith in their service and product I still payed the extra $60. Keep in mind the order was placed 3 weeks in advance. Event was on Saturday, Thursday evening my package was shipped Friday afternoon it was received. After opening the package I realized that one essential item was missining. With out which the whole suit is incomplete. The customer service is amazing. After they claim they sent your order your chances of getting a hold of someone on the phone is slim to none. I called a few days and left numerous messages and only after about three business days did I receive an email stating that they will send the test if my order out. What was the point of me paying an extra $60 if you guys didn’t ship all of the items on my order. Now let’s talk about the suit itself. I will say this it is way over priced for the quality that they provide. The stitching and the seams that are there are way too rough and are missing the neatness quality that a suit for this price should have. No one knows where they are really made although they claim to come from Italy. Nowhere on the suit does it say Made in Italy. Now about the fit. The jacket runs bigger than what it says. Pants waist size which was suppose to be 29 fit like 28 or even 27. Thanks to them leaving extra fabric that was fixed. The vest also runs bigger than the size they claim it to be. Basically after receiving the suit I had to alter the the whole thing which is expected. I would have shipped the whole thing back but knowing that I would not be reimbursed in full I decided to pay the extra to have the suit altered to my size. Oh and it’s been 4 weeks now and I am still waiting for the last item ( the button down ) that was missing from my order. 2 stars is because they are not bad but far from what luxury should be. (Service and product quality combined)

great customer service until there’s an issue

i was looking for a white paisley tuxedo jacket to wear on my wedding day. after several cheaper alternatives failed in style and quality, i decided to bite the bullet and make a purchase with Sebastian Cruz Couture, as they were the most expensive option. I found the perfect jacket on their website and made my purchase on feb. 3rd, 2020. Their website states that shipping is generally 8-12 days, which wouldn’t be a problem bc my wedding date was feb. 29th, 2020. The next day i contacted customer service and spoke with Tom. I asked them to send me a smaller jacket bc the one i ordered was too big. They told me not to worry about it and they will get the new requested size out to me. We exchange a few emails back and forth. On Feb. 11th i received an email stating “your order is almost ready... are you as excited as us?” On Feb 14th, feeling anxious a bit anxious, i contacted Sebastian Cruz’s customer service department and was told by Natalya that the jacket i ordered had been discontinued. I was very disappointed. I don’t believe they should’ve waited for me to ask about my jacket before telling me it was no longer available. Natalya told gave me 2 other options available. i told her i didn’t really like either of the jackets but go ahead and send me one of the white paisley jackets. Since they have a 7 day return policy i thought, what is there to lose?! Natalya was kind enough to put a rush on my order and got the jacket to me on Feb. 24th. I opened the box and put the jacket on. I did not like it. I immediately emailed Natalya and to let her know my displeasure and asked for return instructions. She never replied. I contacted customer service and told them about the issue. They never replied. It is now March 4th 2020. My wedding was 4 days again and have yet to hear back from anybody in the company.

Customer response is horrible to exchange

So I ordered an outfit custom dinner jacket, pants, vest, shirt and pocket square. Within 15 minutes someone would respond when i was trying to place the order. The jacket needs alot of tailoring for waist but I'm getting that done and the vest. The pants are just too tight in the thighs, calves and the shirt neck is too small and sleeves too short. I have did the chat and email requesting info on how to exchange them multiple times but no response. Only thing I was told is it would be a 20% exchange charge which I didn't know about initially but it is what it is. I have 5 others i was supposed to be getting outfits for a wedding with you all but now idk.
