great customer service until there’s an issue
i was looking for a white paisley tuxedo jacket to wear on my wedding day. after several cheaper alternatives failed in style and quality, i decided to bite the bullet and make a purchase with Sebastian Cruz Couture, as they were the most expensive option.
I found the perfect jacket on their website and made my purchase on feb. 3rd, 2020. Their website states that shipping is generally 8-12 days, which wouldn’t be a problem bc my wedding date was feb. 29th, 2020.
The next day i contacted customer service and spoke with Tom. I asked them to send me a smaller jacket bc the one i ordered was too big. They told me not to worry about it and they will get the new requested size out to me. We exchange a few emails back and forth.
On Feb. 11th i received an email stating “your order is almost ready... are you as excited as us?”
On Feb 14th, feeling anxious a bit anxious, i contacted Sebastian Cruz’s customer service department and was told by Natalya that the jacket i ordered had been discontinued.
I was very disappointed. I don’t believe they should’ve waited for me to ask about my jacket before telling me it was no longer available. Natalya told gave me 2 other options available. i told her i didn’t really like either of the jackets but go ahead and send me one of the white paisley jackets. Since they have a 7 day return policy i thought, what is there to lose?!
Natalya was kind enough to put a rush on my order and got the jacket to me on Feb. 24th. I opened the box and put the jacket on. I did not like it. I immediately emailed Natalya and to let her know my displeasure and asked for return instructions.
She never replied.
I contacted customer service and told them about the issue.
They never replied.
It is now March 4th 2020. My wedding was 4 days again and have yet to hear back from anybody in the company.
