I have been waiting on two parts for 3 weeks now with no estimated delivery date. Honestly, my patient is the one waiting which reflects on me more than my supplier in a patients eyes. I love the products and the website and everyone has been polite to work with. Just would prefer quicker delivery or at least accurate delivery estimations.

The web site of online ordering does not work well. The chat does not work very well either. It takes a conversation with a rep to have an order processed.

Not the product I needed. Wanted to return and was told there was a restocking fee. I won't reorder for this reason. You sometimes don't know if something is right until you see it. The product pictures/information aren't great to help in this decision.
