I would appreciate a call

I would appreciate a call back. I have left several messages with Michael because in December we discovered that your staff sent me the wrong parts, which I installed, which failed, which ultimately resulted in the patient losing his implant and thus require new one's place. Apparently, there is a recording of the order which Michael was supposed to retrieve and then rectify the situation. Crickets!!!!!
