Less pieces for higher price than in the past. A bit disturbing and disappointed.

I wish I can just get the replacement parts without having to send back the whole unit, if not necessary.

I didn’t see on your site that you ship from over seas and was expecting 3-4 day delivery as I usually get on other dental office supplies! China based and takes 3-4 weeks! Please be clear where you ship from.... in my case I needed these items ASAP...
