Website was easy to use, easy to navigate. I ordered over 260 individual pieces. I received my order quickly and without issue. I was disappoint that the pieces were packaged in their categories, but I was ok with sitting and hand sort them. I don’t think some customers would want to or be able to inventory like that. Unfortunately, two of the letters were damaged. I’m hoping that woodcrafters will send out replacements because I only ordered enough to get my job done. Despite that issue, the wood pieces are perfectly cut (as described) and I’m excited to complete my design.
