Website was easy to use, easy to navigate. I ordered over 260 individual pieces. I received my order quickly and without issue. I was disappoint that the pieces were packaged in their categories, but I was ok with sitting and hand sort them. I don’t think some customers would want to or be able to inventory like that. Unfortunately, two of the letters were damaged. I’m hoping that woodcrafters will send out replacements because I only ordered enough to get my job done. Despite that issue, the wood pieces are perfectly cut (as described) and I’m excited to complete my design.

It was shipped via USPS which took a bit longer than I expected at 8 days, but I was happy with the results.

Very disappointed on how cheap and flimsy this product is. Would not recommend it for any type of crafting project.
