I would have liked to

I would have liked to know that there was a giant box that would sit where it was dropped off until I could get help to move it. The customer service was excellent though, and I really love the desk.

Great Product

Great product but customer service is a little slow. I called 2 times wanting to talk to someone. The 1st time I never received a return call so I sent an email and got a reply within 2 or 3 days; most companies I deal with will reply the same day if contact is made in the morning otherwise they reply the next day. The studio desk was well packaged and delivered within the time promised. I highly recommend this company and will do business with them again.

Desk Awesome. . Delivery tough.

The curbside delivery ended up being a block away from my house with 7 minutes advance notice, in Minnesota, in the winter. I froze a little bit waiting outside for my friend to drive over and help me get in on a dolly and roll it to my house. Probably awesome for commercial space with staff to help move. Really difficult for a home delivery.

Need some work

The desk is not proper made in the high and the beyboard table heat the erect rack Not good made in this way The material is nice and look nice The price a beat high for this unfinished details furniture

Damaged desk difficult replacement process.

The desk and box that it came in arrived in terrible condition. The box had multiple holes in it and the desk was readily visible and obviously damaged. When I inquired about a replacement I was informed I would have to take out and inspect each portion of the desk and submit pictures of each and then they would send out the parts that were damaged. I also had the option to receive a refund but would have had to pay the original and return shipping fees. I was also informed that I would be responsible for disposing of the damaged product which is large and quite heavy so much so that a standard trash company would not pick it up. So I will need to rent a truck to take it to a landfill and dispose if it for an additional fee at the landfill. I am currently waiting for a reply while I have a massive and broken desk cluttering my studio. I was very excited about this product but the customer service has been absimal to the point that if given a choice I would not do business with this company again. Again the product (apart from being severely damaged) seem to be crafted from quality materials but the customer service is lacking.
