Damaged desk difficult replacement process.

The desk and box that it came in arrived in terrible condition. The box had multiple holes in it and the desk was readily visible and obviously damaged. When I inquired about a replacement I was informed I would have to take out and inspect each portion of the desk and submit pictures of each and then they would send out the parts that were damaged. I also had the option to receive a refund but would have had to pay the original and return shipping fees. I was also informed that I would be responsible for disposing of the damaged product which is large and quite heavy so much so that a standard trash company would not pick it up. So I will need to rent a truck to take it to a landfill and dispose if it for an additional fee at the landfill. I am currently waiting for a reply while I have a massive and broken desk cluttering my studio. I was very excited about this product but the customer service has been absimal to the point that if given a choice I would not do business with this company again. Again the product (apart from being severely damaged) seem to be crafted from quality materials but the customer service is lacking.

Terrible

The AZ studio desk is what I'm waiting for to put my equipments together. The studio desk arrived on Friday December 31st. 2021. When I unpackage the box the desk came in, I noticed the table was broken. I emailed the company and sent photos of the item which was requested. I was told by Monday I would receive a new desk. I understood due to the snowy weather it was probably not able to be sent. I also understand the following day the roads was very bad . But today January 5, 2022 there shouldn't be any excuses. Please send me a tracking number so I can track my shipment.
