Filed cases w/ Paypal, State attorney general office & BBB deplorable service
ATTN: Customer Service
I placed this order on 2-10-2020 with the understanding it would be a digital download delivered to my email within 3-5 days. Today is the 27th of Feb, long past the promised delivery date. I did attempt to contact you on multiple occasions via email. I also attempted to contact you via telephone to no avail on both means of communication. I was in hopes to resolve this problem is a peaceably manner. Since my concerns were dismissed and unattended too I took the following action and it does give me GREAT pleasure to inform you of the following.
1) I filed a case against you with PayPal & received a FULL refund.
* PayPal has closed the case, because you didn't respond to them either
* My funds are already returned to my MasterCard
2) I filed a complaint against you with the BBB
* Paid services not delivered
3) I have contacted the state attorneys general office & filed a complaint with the internet commerce department for fraud
* Filed a complete fraud report containing copies of date & time stamped emails and telephone records
* Included all emails and telephone records in complaint
* Included all writ documentation from PayPal & my credit card company
4) I have also turned to social media and given an unbiased accounting of this transaction including but not limited to the above aforementioned. To my great delight, many of my 36k plus followers have informed me that your website is also no longer operational. Sounds very much like, your scheme is up.
I sincerely doubt anyone from your company will respond since the pursuit of filling the aforementioned complaints and cases against you; I have been informed by a representative of the state attorney general’s office that your company has a long standing tradition of such deplorable business habits and practices and many complaints have or are filed against your company.
In closing, thank you for the free copy of Turbo Tax 2019! With all the time and effort I have put into trying to reclaim my money and protecting myself from further unscrupulous business practices by your company such as placing blocks, changing account numbers etc. it was the LEAST you could do. I guess "Doing the LEAST we can do for our customers" is your business model.
