unlicensed reseller according to intuit. software downloaded and computer became infected with malware. still going thru paypal to get my money back.

Never received license code to activate TuboTax. Contact Phone # not valid and no response from email sent. Had to get Paypal to refund.

I repeatedly called and left messages as well as sending messages to you through your webpage. I have gotten no response. My order number is 29050 for $54.99. I paid this money in good faith. I never received my order and all my attempts to contact you were unanswered. I had to file a fraud report with my bank to recover my money.

This vendor, upon information and belief named Minae LLC, and doing business as etaxintuit.com and etaxdigital.com, has been running a fraudulent scam, whereby they offer for sale Intuit TurboTax products (via download) for which they do not possess valid registration / activation keys. Their web store at etaxintuit.com has already been shut down by Shopify. On their site at etaxdigital.com, they are using a false address - 200 Lowell Loop Road, Lowell, OH, USA - which is actually the address of Beardsley Auction Service. Beardsley has filed a criminal complaint with law enforcement authorities, including the Ohio State Attorney General's Office.
