Products are great. However the products take quite a time to ship. When ordering the non-customized products that I routinely order, it will take around 2 weeks from order to delivery. This has happened on every order.

I submitted an online order with clear instructions in the notes on how I needed the numbering and they didn’t follow it. When I saw the invoice I noticed the numbering incorrect and contacted them about it and they said they did what I ordered. I replied you didn’t, it was in the notes on the order. They did not acknowledge the response. I had to manually write numbers on 200 of the wristbands to correct it.

We just had our event and a lot of the wristbands were damaged

The wristbands themselves and quality is great, however expect long shipping times. We paid for expedited 3-day shipping and received it 9 days after we got an email it was shipped. We unfortunately received the wristbands after the event we needed to use them for but would have gotten them on time with a couple of days to spare if it was shipped with true 3-day shipping.
