Very cheap quality. The red ones we received were unusable to be used due to the wristband adhesives completely ripping off and causing the wristbands to deteriorate. Very disappointing.

Four of the products in a $900.00 order were listed to ship in 5-6 days. It has been over 20 days since the order was placed, and I still don't have those products. I called customer service, was told they were "In-Transit", not given an explanation as to why they were delayed, and then provided USPS Tracking Number: 1z84830f0396555652, which told me that the label was only created on the 10th. Thankfully I was able to wait to deploy the products in question, but if you're a large scale business that uses wristbands for credentials or passes, don't count on your order arriving by the time you need it.

Products are great. However the products take quite a time to ship. When ordering the non-customized products that I routinely order, it will take around 2 weeks from order to delivery. This has happened on every order.

I submitted an online order with clear instructions in the notes on how I needed the numbering and they didn’t follow it. When I saw the invoice I noticed the numbering incorrect and contacted them about it and they said they did what I ordered. I replied you didn’t, it was in the notes on the order. They did not acknowledge the response. I had to manually write numbers on 200 of the wristbands to correct it.
