One of the boxes received was not our logo. We need to send them back and get the correct ones. Have ordered in the past, but now they seem a bit flimsier / less comfortable.

Ordered my wristbands with plenty of time but when I called a week before my event to find out where the wristbands were, I was told they would arrive 3 days AFTER the event. Not acceptable! Fortunately, we were able to change to 2 day delivery and they arrived on time. You need to be more clear about how much time is needed for printing and shipping. The wristbands were great and everyone loved them.

Product is great but lhe printer has no instructions on using the software and loading the bands.

Very cheap quality. The red ones we received were unusable to be used due to the wristband adhesives completely ripping off and causing the wristbands to deteriorate. Very disappointing.

Four of the products in a $900.00 order were listed to ship in 5-6 days. It has been over 20 days since the order was placed, and I still don't have those products. I called customer service, was told they were "In-Transit", not given an explanation as to why they were delayed, and then provided USPS Tracking Number: 1z84830f0396555652, which told me that the label was only created on the 10th. Thankfully I was able to wait to deploy the products in question, but if you're a large scale business that uses wristbands for credentials or passes, don't count on your order arriving by the time you need it.
