The bands are a bit ... weak. And the way they peel from the top is actually rather annoying. The adhesive holding the 'peel off' part is actually stronger than the wristband so we had quite a few casualties. Also, we ordered multiple orders, some with rush delivery. They were not rushed at all and arrived after the event date unfortunately. Is what it is. Would we use them again? maybe if budget was a major concern, but will likely go back to our prior provider.

Great turnaround time, nice wristbands, but the way it peels was confusing to a lot of folks. Would get another product option next time.

One of the boxes received was not our logo. We need to send them back and get the correct ones. Have ordered in the past, but now they seem a bit flimsier / less comfortable.

Ordered my wristbands with plenty of time but when I called a week before my event to find out where the wristbands were, I was told they would arrive 3 days AFTER the event. Not acceptable! Fortunately, we were able to change to 2 day delivery and they arrived on time. You need to be more clear about how much time is needed for printing and shipping. The wristbands were great and everyone loved them.

Product is great but lhe printer has no instructions on using the software and loading the bands.
