We had nearly 100 of the bracelets not light up.

We did not receive the armbands until after our event started. I don't know why? We ordered them weeks ahead of the event and they were not custom.

Bought the Printer Certis to print my own wristbands, but could not print any wristband yet, because of the settings for installing

The bands are a bit ... weak. And the way they peel from the top is actually rather annoying. The adhesive holding the 'peel off' part is actually stronger than the wristband so we had quite a few casualties. Also, we ordered multiple orders, some with rush delivery. They were not rushed at all and arrived after the event date unfortunately. Is what it is. Would we use them again? maybe if budget was a major concern, but will likely go back to our prior provider.

Great turnaround time, nice wristbands, but the way it peels was confusing to a lot of folks. Would get another product option next time.
