I order frequently and the customer service and shipping times are always great (except this last time-took 6 weeks)

Product is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Production and shipment took too long to get to me. I ordered Aug 13. They did not arrive until Sept 19. Last time I ordered from wristbands.com the order arrived within 3 weeks. My company decided we also need some red bands and I ordered on Sept 8, but we need on Oct 10. I now believe I need to place a duplicate red order with another wristband company if I am to get them by Oct 10.
