Cross is quality pen line!!

Liked the old pencil better than replacement

I really love Cross pens but your customer service sucks. I returned the fountain pen for a refund and I've heard nothing. Won't return my calls, answer my emails, nothing. I keep trying to call, but all I get is " no one us available." So I guess youngot my money and the pen.
