Nice to have lifetime warranty, but repair took a long time with no communication along the way. I was beginning to wonder if I would ever receive back my merchandise.

I tried to buy a chrome pen and a silver pen at the same time. I was not able to do so. AT Cross never called me back to say when they would be available

It took quite a while to get the product in the mail and then once mailed, it was delayed. Customer service was very nice, however, when I called and I also left a message and they called me back with an update.
