Not good

Service was not as expected, I have a new pen, however it is a different finish,,, not real pleased. I will not pursue this as it is not worth my time.

Customer Service is imposible to reach. I was very displeased with the inability to speak with someone. Eventually I just sent my item in for repair. It was repaired and returned to me within two weeks! Seems odd you can't talk to someone but service is so fast.

Third time for review! Replacement ok did not match pen and pencil set

There was an issue with engraving at first because the online order system didn’t transfer the info to the order received. This was fixed, however it took 2 months unfortunately. Everything else was fine.
