I had hoped to receive my pen in time for my daughter’s graduation but I had to wait a long time, about a month, before I received it.

The times to take the orders are very long and without updates as a sign of interest in my purchase.

A little slow to get to me, but that was probably due to graduation gifts trying to get out of the door. Well worth the wait.

Had to wait longer than usual!

Communication on order progress could be improved. I left two voicemails and one email that I never got a response to. I searched the website and found some sort of answer to my question in the FAQ section.
