I was disappointed that one of the items printed which admittedly wasn't A4 was simply stretched to make it A4 which then looked really odd - this was done without checking with me first. In the past you had cut it to the right size.

on the card projection it looked as if there would be a border around the image, but the cards came with no border and so the image was distorted, the envelopes are business envelopes not greeting card envelopes, so that was a disappointment, i had to reprint at a local print shop

Black and white- looked fine with grey scale on PDF proof but poor contrast in paper print!

Ordered Christmas cards. Received the hard copy proof (which was great). Wording needed changing. I sent note with modified wording but because I did not receive another proof, I could not see that they hadn't changed all the wording! I now have to over sticker all my xmas cards
