When I first opened my calendar I thought WOW!, but as I went through the pages my disappointment grew, all of the images were flat and lifeless! I contacted the printers, and received the following reply. Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you are disappointed with the results of your calendars, our calendars are printed on silk material which makes them easier to write on, however, this will have a flattening effect on pictures when compared to, say, a monitor/display or glossy photo print. The images are printed as supplied on a colour calibrated press, the same that is used by all the leading printers, as such we are confident that our calendars look as good as they possibly can. And despite stating that someone would phone me back to discuss options I'm still waiting. Severely disappointed, will not order from them again.

Due to their wire delivery being late (and some other oversights) my calendars took nearly a month to arrive. When they did arrive the quality was very average at best. I actually binned my order and have re-ordered with another company. On a positive note, their customer services we're polite and seemed genuinely apologetic.

This is the 2nd year we've made Xmas cards with photos of my daughter, 1st year we we're disappointed with Photobox's offering and this year's from yourselves is equally disappointing, maybe a step backwards. Very pale, grainy print.

Placed an order for spot colour invoice book. Received a proof. Showing spot proof colour. Received Black & White! When I contacted the company. The reply I got. “You ordered mono”? No. I ordered as per the proof! This is now with trading standards.

Do not use! I chased them several times to get our calendars out of them they promised 5 days and it was more like 15. Then when they turned up the print quality was very very poor and badly pixelated.
