I received a number of calendars which had black marks on the back. Also one of them was ruined when the back few pages were folded back over. Probably lost out on around £70 profit because of it. Colours are also muted for some reason.

hi. if your looking feed back. maybe work on the design your own system. i wanted A5 and had picked it but when i went to pay it was set to A4 and wasnt going to do it all over it again so just went with the A4. also in the system it dropped the vat number so the books without so. other than that i am happy make a template and have it that you pick your size at the end not start

The printing was perfect. I had difficculty with the online ordering - its too clever! I did not reeive a proof by e-mail. You did not insert your company name as invited. The packaging was diabolical. Most of the leaflets lay in a pile in the bottom of the box. See correcpondence with Neil. David Malins

Have the option to 'opt out' of having envelopes and reduce the price. 'Opting in' is very missable (as demonstrated) and is an unwelcomed last minute price increase. Cards and envelopes come together. The card itself was great.
