Your order confirmation and invoice do not commit delivery dates . No delivery dates are committed ever . No updates presented in-spite of emails and phone calls . No one tracks actual delivery statues . once you handover to your courier agency no one bothers o ensure actual delivery to client. It took seven days time to travel 5 km. from your kalher warehouse to my place in thane city .

My order was placed on 3rd October 2025 and today is 22nd October, it is really unfortunate that I have still not received it. I Hope I will be given a full refund for the same!

I ordered on the 6th October and today on the 22nd October I am still awaiting my order!! So not so great I would say especially since there has been no communication from your end!

I’d avoid the company in general. You’ve sent me 1-ply packaging when I ordered 3-ply last time, and this time, sent me plastic tape instead of paper. Good scam, but ain’t falling for it again,
