Didn’t receive my order. I ordered for diwali. But didn’t receive till today

we ordered 50 x 4 = 200 boxes we received 50 x 2 = 100 boxes in the help chat they said the balance 100 boxes will be delivered before Diwali, but till now we didn't received the balance boxes or the courier details. because of your incomplete delivery we facing the issue with our client end not able to complete our Diwali Gift Box order. U-Pack Team Please look into it and send our balance Boxes Even in your package the sticker place stating that 100 boxes in the package.
