Good service, bad inventory

Was displeased that everything we wanted was out ofbstock, and some of it we weren't notified until after order was placed. Customer service was good and fast with refund however.

Very disappointed

I NEVER leave reviews but in this case I feel the need. I placed an order three weeks ago and website did not say it was sold out or on back order. Two weeks later I get an email saying they were sorry but they were behind and not sure what happened with my order. About 1 week later I receive my order and half of the items were not in the package. After I reached out I was told they would ship it whenever they receive it which was supposed to be this week. Well here we are week 3, no email, no order and no more roomify shopping for me ever!! This was for a birthday by the way which has passed!!!

I ordered a blue tooth speaker for my college bound daughter. The speaker was poorly packaged and may have been damaged during shipment. Since the item was a speaker it should have been protected with bubble wrap or fragile on the shipment label. Your company had the audacity to tell me I had to pay to return a damaged item which was damaged due to poor packaging. This is poor customer service and I will never purchase anything again from this company.
