Nothing I want is in stock and when asked when the item will be back was told over two months, will do my dorm shopping somewhere else

I was excited to order from dormitup since I was a junior watched college haul videos on YouTube. I loved the convince the website offered, all your college essentials in one giant box, however I ordered when they switched to roomify and it's been a hot mess. My first order was misplaced, it never made its way to me despite saying delivered. They sent me a replacement free of charge but it came too late, I already moved in to college. On top of being late, it was missing items such as the extension cord, Ethernet cable, surge protector, bulletin board. I paid for the top package only to receive the middle package late. Also this "mattress topper" stinks

Absolutely terrible customer service; I emailed and called MULTIPLE times and didn't get any response-- my package didn't even arrive on time! Some of the things in my package were missing, too, or not in the right color. I'm going to urge people against ordering from this site. Absolutely awful.

At first everything was great. But after I started washing the sheets and comforter cover they started to loose their softness as well as collect lent like crazy. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy from dorm it up. I wish I could have my 250 dollars back because it was not worth it.
