This was just a reorder and the quality of the print on these is not even close to the first printing that was done. The photo on the left are the new ones and you can see the colour differences compared to the old one on the right where the colour matched.

No answer to emails, order is late with no explanation.

I am very unsatisfied, I paid whole amount in advance and almost one month your company cannot print my tarot deck. The agreed production terms were broken (I did not received my product on May 19), the quality of proofs prepared by designer team were low (3 rounds of back and force due to silly things of design team), the overall process of communication was long and ineffective (different departments did not coordinated between each other). I just want one thing - receive my deck and never worked with your company. Please send the mail proof and start mass production.
