I chose to order from

I chose to order from a Canadian company because I wanted to support Canadian business and avoid the high shipping costs from the U. S. Unfortunately, the U. S. company I previously ordered from delivered far better packaging quality at a lower shipping cost. I placed my order on April 15 with an estimated delivery date of April 29, but I did not receive the deck until May 14. Customer service reached out asking how my cards were before I had even received them, and I had to contact the company to let them know the order had still not arrived. The deck itself cost $29, but shipping was an additional $39, so I expected a more professional product overall. The cards were extremely loose inside the box and shifted during shipping. Because the box did not properly fit the 54-card deck, the sides split and the box arrived slightly crushed. The card edges and corners were also unevenly cut, which further affected the overall quality and presentation of the deck. I strongly feel the damage could have been avoided with a properly fitted box. The cards themselves were acceptable, but the packaging quality and overall experience did not match the price paid.

Dear Canada Copy Team, I

Dear Canada Copy Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality and pricing of a recent blueprint order, Order #[C128857], placed on April 21, 2026. Order No. #C128857 Order Placed April, 21 2026 7:36 am EDD April, 30 2026 Status Print-Production I chose your services based on a professional recommendation. However, after comparing your prints to a locally sourced set, I found the results disappointing. While both prints maintained proper size & scale, the Canada Copy prints featured significantly lighter resolution, leaving fine details barely visible. In contrast, the local prints were crisp, clear, and rich in color, see attached picture. Furthermore, despite the significantly higher cost (2. 5x), there was no noticeable difference in paper weight or material quality. I was charged $330. 75 for three 12-page plan sets ($110. 25 per set), whereas my local provider completed the same task for $45. 00 per set (see attached receipt), delivering superior results with a much faster same-day turnaround instead of a 10-day wait. To be fair, I realized this Canada Copy print order cost significantly more than I'm used to but I expected a step up in quality for the extra cost so I could present a quality set of plans to my customer. Given that the cost was more than double that of your competitor for a lower-quality product, I feel that the value provided does not align with the expense. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter and a review of the charges applied to this order. Regards,

A week late and zero

A week late and zero response to phone calls or emails to customer support. I'm assuming the printing is done in China or India. There's no point showing a estimated date of delivery if it is going to be weeks late. A book sample was ordered a month ago, and I did need 70 copies. The sample was supposed to be delivered a week ago before I would invest in the 70 copies. Obviously the order of 70 copies has gone to a more responsive printing house now.
