I did not receive the correct product

Silicon came partially solidified

When I placed the order, it clearly said 2-day shipping — 48 hours. Of course, that didn’t happen, and we ended up leaving for our vacation without any of the items. By the time the package finally arrived, we were already away, so it was left sitting outside in the Florida sun in August. The package also contains oil!! This is really disappointing and frustrating.

Received item. . . opened package installed batteries. . it does not work. Bought new batteries thinking mine might be old. . . new batteries did not . make it work. . would like item that works please. . .
