Just received the merchandise on April 12. I noticed that material was starting to be more loose when using. The material started to split in half, which is now totally useless.

Never got my package! Customer service actually argued with me saying I did. I want my refund! I’ll be leaving these reviews everywhere until you guys fix this!

When I placed the order, it clearly said 2-day shipping — 48 hours. Of course, that didn’t happen, and we ended up leaving for our vacation without any of the items. By the time the package finally arrived, we were already away, so it was left sitting outside in the Florida sun in August. The package also contains oil!! This is really disappointing and frustrating.
