I do not recommend this product to anyone!

I purchased several items, I did not received, supposedly, they may be at the mail box, but there was nothing. I cannot give a good review. Because t sure who’s guilty of not getting the post and dice or the store.

Never received items ordered

I just realized that this website is a scam. I ordered a DOXY over a month ago and received a defective unit. I sent Customer Service a video. THE REPRESENTATIVE HELPING ME TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO JUST THROW THE DEFECTIVE UNIT AWAY AND THEY WILL SHIP ME A REPLACEMENT. OVER A MONTH LATER I RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT THAT IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. I NOTIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTY TO GET A REPLACEMENT. ALL THIS WHEN I HAVEN’T EVEN USE THE PRODUCT AS THEY BOTH ARRIVED DEFECTIVE. THEN THEY SAY THAT THEY WANT BOTH ITEMS RETURNED WITH FULL PACKAGING WHEN THEY TOLD ME TO THROW THE FIRST DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT, AWAY. ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS A REIMBURSEMENT AND I WILL HAPPILY SHIP THE SECOND UNIT I STILL HAVE POSSESSION OF, BACK. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE SO HORRIBLE AND I WILL BE NOTIFYING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY UNLESS I RECEIVE A FULL REIMBURSEMENT ASAP.
