Incompetent and inconsiderate company to deal with and unable to receive item that was paid for and they could care less..Do not order from this ripoff establishment

the doll release some kine of oil and stans the sheets just by laying down on the bad i email and complain but get no answer, i never use this doll i don't know if this oil is toxic

Doll did not match pictures. Customer service was made aware and was no help. Very disappointed

If our ever comes I'll give a better review
