I am not happy with my purchase, and have lot of questions, nobody is answering.

You sold me a defective product that came with shipping damage. And charge me $200 to do so? That you gave me a refund supposedly which I have not seen yet of half my $400 purchase you still stole $200 from me and left me with a defective broken product. Although your customer service is Under New Management that was the best they could do according to them? So you stole $200 from me. Their lack of communication and following up is hardly what I consider customer service. And I will never make another purchase with your company ever.
